En tant qu’habitant de Milwaukee, il m’est arrivé à plusieurs reprises de visiter le musée d’art local, non seulement pour y admirer les œuvres exposées, mais aussi pour m’extasier devant le chef-d’oeuvre architectural qu’est le bâtiment du musée en lui-même. Pour ceux qui ne connaissent pas bien le Milwaukee Art Museum, vous vous en souvenez peut-être grâce au film Transformers 3, lorsqu’il a accueilli un ensemble de véhicules de luxe, dont quelques belles Mercedes.Pour la première fois, cependant, le Milwaukee Art Museum propose une exposition qui m’a encouragé à le rendre une nouvelle visite. Il s’agit de l’exposition de l’artiste contemporain renommé allemand Dirk Skreber, qui consiste en toute une série de voitures accidentées.
